Daka si obdivuhodna... Aj si davas tie programy, co tam mas? My tento rok asi nedame planovane km vonku na biku... Tak aspon na eliptikale obcas.

Ahojte pridam svoj pohyb. Aspon pohyb som dodrzala, ked nie jedielko.
štvrtok - 40 min. orbitrack, 1 hodina prechadzka
sobota - 33 min bicykel aj kopce 1,5 hod prechadzka
nedela - 45 min. orbitrack 30 min prechádzka
pondelok - 50 min orbitrack a dnes leje cely den
39 rokov, 166cm

Vacsinou zacnem na nejakej 15tke zatazi a niekedy koncim na 32jke zatazi co je tam max..

Pridám sa aj ja zo svojou tohto týždennou troškou. V pondelok beh na páse 30 minút 4 km. Dnes znova na páse 1 hodina 8 km. toothsmile Dúfam, že budúci týždeň bode cvičenie 3x. xbicikx
